1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account on ace66, accessing our website at https://ace66.io, placing any bet, or using any service we provide, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") in their entirety. This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and ace66 (the "Platform", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using ace66 services and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on ace66. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, including government-issued photo identification such as a National ID Card, Passport, or Driving License issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide valid proof of age within 7 days of request will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You represent that you are legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ace66 complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws. We do not provide legal advice regarding gambling legality in your area.

2.3 Account Accuracy and Single Account Rule

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any changes to your name, address, email, phone number, or payment details.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account with ace66. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts in another person's name, or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, and any funds, winnings, or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited. This rule applies regardless of intent or circumstances.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ace66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Approved payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 3.2 Deposits

All deposits are processed instantly upon successful payment confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. You must deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (using someone else's bKash account, bank account, or credit card) are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and fund confiscation.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours for verified accounts. The exact processing time depends on the withdrawal method selected and any additional verification checks required. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may require identity verification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before processing.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your ace66 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary based on your account status and payment method.

3.4 Verification Requirements

We reserve the right to request identity and payment verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID (National ID, Passport, Driving License), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement showing your name and account number, mobile wallet screenshot). Accounts that fail to provide requested documents within 14 days may be suspended until verification is completed.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

ace66 operates in full compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. All deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits made and withdrawn without wagering activity, or with minimal betting activity designed to bypass this rule, may be declined and returned to the source, minus processing fees. We monitor all accounts for suspicious activity and reserve the right to freeze accounts, request additional documentation, or report transactions to relevant authorities if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and special offers provided by ace66 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the time of the offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, maximum bet limits, and other conditions stated in the bonus terms.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) applied to the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus.

4.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. 4.4 Bonus Abuse

Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonus funds and associated winnings permanently forfeited, and the account will be subject to immediate closure without further notice.

4.5 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions

ace66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes to bonus terms will be communicated through the Platform. Players who have already accepted a bonus prior to its modification will be subject to the terms in force at the time of acceptance.

5. Betting Rules and Casino Game Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on ace66 are governed by the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type, as displayed on the Platform at the time of placing the bet. By submitting a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of a dispute, ace66's decision is final.

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time the bet is submitted. ace66 reserves the right to void or reject any bet placed after the relevant event has commenced if we determine, at our discretion, that the outcome was already known or highly determinable at the time the bet was placed. All odds displayed are subject to change at any time prior to the bet being confirmed by the system.

5.2 Casino Games

5.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or power failure that affects the outcome of any bet or game, ace66 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return original stakes to the relevant accounts. No claims for winnings arising from malfunctions, errors in odds display, pricing errors, or system faults will be honored. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly forbidden on the ace66 Platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently closed and all funds, winnings, and bonuses may be forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or place bets on your behalf.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly poker and live dealer table games.
• Using information obtained through insider access or corrupt sources to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including fraudulent chargebacks, depositing with stolen payment credentials, or providing false identification.
• Attempting to launder money or process illegally obtained funds through the Platform.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (duplicate or linked accounts).
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ace66 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your true location or identity.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

ace66 is committed to responsible gaming and the welfare of all players. We provide tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 8. Account Closure and Termination

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you, subject to verification requirements and the terms stated herein.

8.2 Involuntary Closure by ace66

ace66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to provide required verification documents; discovery of underage gambling; engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6; provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information; or any other circumstance in which we deem closure to be in the best interests of the Platform, other players, or compliance requirements.

In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, ace66 reserves the right to withhold all funds, bonuses, and winnings in the account. Where closure is due to platform-side decisions unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the player.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ace66 Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of ace66 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Limitation of Liability

This includes, without limitation, losses arising from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, payment processing delays, or changes to game rules or odds.

ace66 provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any downtime caused by maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall ace66's aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ace66 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify active users via email or an on-Platform notification. Your continued use of ace66 services following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation into another language is provided for convenience only and shall not be legally binding.
